  • Thank you for your interest in the 14th Malaysia International Genetics Congress (MIGC14) which will be held from 15-17 March 2021. This conference will be a virtual conference.
    Registration for the conference is required.

  • Registration Fees

    The Congress registration fee will be as follows:

    Group registration* 20% discount

    *Group registration is applicable to Genetic Society of Malaysia (PGM) members only. A minimum of 5 PGM members is required for group registration. Forum session (Career pathways in genetics) is not eligible for this offer.

    Payment Terms
    Payment is due in full upon completion and return of registration form via fax or online. Your registration will not be confirmed until full payments are made via Online Payment, Company Cheque, Bank Draft and Telegraphic Transfer (TT). Full payment of the above amount shall be made within 30 days before of the event.

    Registration without presentation is opened until: 11 March 2021. Please note that your name will not be included in the programme book if the registration and the payment of conference fee is made after this date (11 March 2021). However, you are still able to receive the conference certificate.

  • Substitution for Participants

    This is allowed, provided the organizer is notified in writing with the replacement details within 14 days prior to commencement of the event. Transfer of registration to other programmes is not allowed.

  • Refund of Fees

    All cancellation of registration must be in writing. If cancellations are received:
    • More than 30 days before the event, a full amount of the fee less 25% administrative charges will be refundable.
    • Any cancellation less than 30 days before the event, a 50% refund of the fee will be given.
    • Any cancellation made less than 14 days before the event, no refund will be given but a substitute delegate is welcome as replacement with prior notice given as above.

  • Cancellation or Postponements

    The Conference Secretariat reserves the right to cancel and/or postpone the MIGC14 due to any unforeseen circumstances.
